Support for OpenMPI
GETM now compiles with OpenMP - http://www.open-mpi.org/

To use OpenMPI instead of default MPICH just set the enviroment variable MPI to OPENMPI.

 Be sure to adjust PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH as explained on http://www.open-mpi.org/
