New internal pressure method

A new internal pressure method is implemented in the GETM developers version. The scheme was suggested by Shchepetkin and McWilliams (2003) and is also used in ROMS. The new method reduces the effects of pressure gradient errors by one order of magnitude in comparison to other GETM internal pressure schemes . It is the ip_method=6 in the getm input file.
