There are tools existing which help in creating setups and post- and
preprocess GETM data. These tools are written by GETM developers and
some of them require special software. In general, Perl, C or Matlab is
used as programming language.
Other GETM-related untilities are provided in the external ocean modelling toolbox octant (see http://code.google.com/p/octant for more information). On getm.eu we present a short guide for GETM users. Octant is not part of the getm-utils repository.
The GETM utilities can be checked out with subversion:
svn co http://getm.eu/svn/getm-utils getm-utils
The namelist utility "nml" can be downloaded with the base files of the test cases.
List of Tools:
- nml
- ncmerge
- nc_data_scatter
- gvc2zax
